In order to find the correct bra size, you need to take two measurements:

Band size: Place a measuring tape under the bust and measure all the way round.

Cup size: Place a measuring tape over the fullest part of your bust and measure all the way round

We recommend that you choose the size you normally wear. If you are between two sizes, you can use our guide below. If you prefer a tighter fit, we recommend taking a size smaller, and alternatively, if you want a looser fit, we suggest taking a size larger.
